Bishop Christopher Lee
Christopher Lee was born May 8, 1975, the third child of six to Rev. Billie and Linda Lee. He attended the Cincinnati Public School District and graduated from Withrow High School in 1993. He later received his Associates Degree from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky. He confessed Christ at an early age at the First Baptist Church of Kennedy Heights under the leadership of the Late Pastor Earl S. Wagner.
Christopher Lee was a active member of various ministries in the church including Sunday School, Jr. Usher Ministry, Rose buds and Inspirational Choirs as well as the Young David's Ministry. He was the recipient of the Western Union Baptist District Association Oratorical contest in 1993. He heard the call of God and answered the call into the Gospel Ministry and was licensed to preach on November 26, 1995 at the First Baptist Church of Kennedy Heights, under the late Thomas H. Ferrell.
Bishop Lee has served in ministry for 26 years in various capacities and offices. He is an ordained preacher and served as an Associate Minister, Youth Pastor and Assistant Pastor. In 2007, he was found to be a faithful servant of the Kingdom of God and upon direction of the Holy Spirit, a Holy counsel was established to ordain him as an Elder in the Lords church under the leader ship of Bishop Darrin Miller Sr.
In the year 2009, Bishop Lee birthed Empowerment Christian Fellowship in and remained its founder and Pastor for 2 years before receiving the call to serve as Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Maysville, KY. Bishop Lee would serve the Bethel Baptist Church as Pastor for 4 years. During his tenure at Bethel, he served in the following offices: Kentucky State Moderator for ministers and messengers, publishing board for the American Baptist newspaper and Executive board for the Consolidated Baptist District Sunday school and BTU.
In 2012, He received the sacred Episcopal Appointment and was consecrated to the office of Bishop in Church Alive Ministries International under Presiding Prelate, His Grace, Bishop Donald J. Washington. Bishop Lee currently serves as the Senior Pastor of the Christ Memorial Baptist Church in Cincinnati, OH. Bishop Lee also serves on the Board for the Collective Empowerment Group of Cincinnati, where he oversees Pastoral Relations. He also serves as the State Bishop of Ohio as well as Bishop of Protocol and Education for Alpha and Omega Church Ministries Incorporated under the Leadership of Archbishop, Dr. Steven M. Kelsey of Louisville, Ky. Bishop Lee has received awards for out of the box, innovative community outreach. In June 2020, he was named Pastor of the month for the Walker Funeral Home and the Buzz radio station.
Bishop Lee is married to the former Charmain Parks and together they are the parents of 6 children and 7 grandchildren.
Bishop Lee is a servant with a heart for the People of God and a love that reaches out to touch the lives of those Christ has placed in his presence. The spirit of the Lord has anointed Bishop Lee to preach the gospel to all that would have an ear to hear what the spirit is saying to this generation.
